One entity, full accountability
Every engagement is contracted with the same registered company. Clients and suppliers deal with a single, identifiable legal person — not a chain of intermediaries or an unnamed subcontractor.

Metric House was formed to do one thing properly: help direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands find out what actually drives their growth, and then build and run the marketing that delivers it. The name is the method — nothing gets scaled here until there is a number behind it.
That starts with research. We size the category, map the competing offers, study the customers and pull apart the unit economics before anyone spends money on a campaign. What comes out is a strategy the brand can act on, with the numbers behind it.
From there we do the work: creative and content production, campaign build and day-to-day media management, landing pages, measurement, and monthly reporting against contribution margin rather than vanity metrics. Every engagement runs on a signed scope of work that names the deliverables and the fee.
The commercial relationship is deliberately plain. Our client is the brand, the brand pays us professional fees for work we perform, and their customer revenue never passes through our accounts. It keeps the company simple to verify — for clients, for auditors, and for the banking and payment partners who ask.
At a glance
Two operating divisions, one registered company, answerable in one jurisdiction.
These are the rules we apply before an offer is launched, a client is onboarded or a supplier is engaged. They are the reason we turn work away.
Every engagement is contracted with the same registered company. Clients and suppliers deal with a single, identifiable legal person — not a chain of intermediaries or an unnamed subcontractor.
We are paid in fees by the brands we advise. We do not resell, white-label or take a cut of a client's customer revenue, and no client money passes through our accounts.
Fees, deliverables, acceptance criteria and cancellation terms are written into a scope of work before any engagement begins. Growth built on undocumented terms is growth we decline.
Banking partners, payment providers and enterprise clients all conduct due diligence. We keep our corporate record, formation documents and policy set ready for that review at any time.
Wyoming has one of the longest-established limited liability company statutes in the United States. Forming there gives the company a recognised legal form, a public and auditable corporate record and a clear regulatory home — while the brands we work with are located across multiple markets.
One jurisdiction governs the company's formation and corporate record, and the Wyoming Secretary of State register is searchable by anyone, so any counterparty can verify the entity for themselves.
We meet the advertising-standards, tax and data-protection requirements of each market we run campaigns in, alongside our federal and Wyoming state obligations.
Articles of Organization, certificate of organization, ownership details, tax identification and our full policy set are available to banks, processors and clients conducting due diligence.
